Due to the handmade nature of each Everwoven bouquet, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your bouquet arrives damaged, please contact us within **24 hours of delivery** with photos of the damage, and we will rush-order a replacement at no additional cost.

All bouquets are made to order with a lead time of 4-6 weeks before shipping.
